Missing Crystal 11 Client (cr11setup.exe) within product folder
 
Errors:

bulletThis application has failed to start because cslibu-2-1.dll was not found
bulletCrystal reports ink library missing cslibu-2-l.dll not found in specific path.
bulletError: 100 loading library crpe32.dll
bulletAccess violation: @ address 000000005


Solution:
These errors are generated when a client is launching the software for the first time and CR11setup.exe files have not been installed. Install the CR11Setup.exe manually on the station.

Note:  Admin rights are necessary to proceed with this install.  If CR11SETUP.EXE exist in the product folder (i.e. EYECARE, EYEMD, PT, PSYCH, CHIRO, etc.), Crystal Client install should launch upon the first launch of the Advantage software.  If the user does not have permission, the installation will be blocked by Windows security.

CR11SETUP.EXE can be downloaded and installed from the download page.
