Datamax printing locks software Problem: When printing to the datamax printer from Compulink, the print job fails to print and locks up the software. Solution: Go to the Management Console -> Device Manager -> Ports, remove COM1 or the COM port in use for the Datamax printer. Shutdown the Datamax Printer and Restart Windows. Before Windows loads, turn the Datamax printer back on. |
