Datamax Printer (SW179)

Problem:
Printer not responding or not printing
or feeding off blank labels.

Solution:
Make sure they have the right program files for the label they are using.
Uninstall and re-install com port.
Go to Device Manager by right clicking on "My Computer" expand Ports and remove or uninstall com port then reboot.
