Drop down stays open after selecting item from list on Remote sessions
While in the remote session apply the following:
Right click on desktop, select "properties"
select the "Appearance" tab
select the "effects" button
Uncheck the option for "Use the following transition effects for menus and
tooltips"
Select "ok" until back to the software.
Drop downs should function without error.
NOTE: If you cannot access desktop in rdp session, right click on rdp shortcut,
select Edit, and go to Environment tab. Uncheck boxes for Font Smoothing, Show
Contents of Window while Dragging, and Menu and Window Animation. Save settings
on General tab.
