If the following error “ set-up cannot copy the file u2senum.vxd” or “ensure that the location specified below is correct or change it and insert MCT Drive Disk in the drive you specify” please follow the instructions below.

Step 1.Begin by going to Start/Settings/Control Panel Left click on the Icon labeled Add Remove Hardware choose the Uninstall/unplug device selection left click on next.

Step 2. You will be prompted with a second window Choose A Removal Task

Select: Uninstall a device

Step 3. A third window will show installed devices on your computer There should be on the lower left hand corner a selection for Hidden select then scroll through the selections and search and Delete the following: Dymo Usb Printing Support, any Dymo selections usb ver 1.1

NOTE:

If you had a previous Dymo Usb adapter files provided by Dymo please remove all files
